Load Thought Industries data in Python using dltHub

Thought Industries is an LMS and learning business platform that provides a REST API for managing users, courses, and other educational resources. The REST API base URL is https://<YOUR_SUBDOMAIN>.thoughtindustries.com/incoming/v2 and all requests require a Bearer token in the Authorization header.
dlt is an open-source Python library that handles authentication, pagination, and schema evolution automatically. dlthub provides AI context files that enable code assistants to generate production-ready pipelines. What data can I load from Thought Industries?
Here are some of the endpoints you can load from Thought Industries:

How do I authenticate with the Thought Industries API?
The API uses Bearer token authentication. Every request must include an 'Authorization' header in the format 'Authorization: Bearer <API_KEY>'.
1. Get your credentials
To obtain credentials for the Thought Industries REST API, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Thought Industries admin panel.
- Navigate to Settings, then select Security.
- Locate the 'Passwords & Keys' section for Primary API keys (full admin permissions) or the 'Ancillary Keys' section for scoped, role-based keys.
- If generating an Ancillary Key, provide a name and assign a specific user role to define its permissions.
- Copy the generated API key. Note that some key types may only display once upon creation, so store it securely immediately.
2. Add them to .dlt/secrets.toml

How do I set up and run the pipeline?
Set up a virtual environment and install dlt:

1. Install the dlt AI harness:

3. Start LLM-assisted coding:
Use /find-source to load data from the Thought Industries API into DuckDB.

4. Run the pipeline:

This opens the Pipeline Dashboard where you can verify pipeline state, load metrics, schema (tables, columns, types), and query the loaded data directly.

This example loads ping and users from the Thought Industries API into DuckDB. It mirrors the endpoint and data selector configuration from the table above:

To add more endpoints, append entries from the resource table to the "resources" list using the same name, path, and data_selector pattern.
How do I query the loaded data?
Once the pipeline runs, dlt creates one table per resource. You can query with Python or SQL.
Python (pandas DataFrame):
