How do I authenticate with the Rollbar API?
Authentication is performed by passing the project access token in the X-Rollbar-Access-Token header.
1. Get your credentials
To obtain Rollbar API credentials, log in to your Rollbar account. For project-specific access, navigate to your project settings by selecting your project from the dashboard, then go to 'Settings' > 'Project Access Tokens'. To manage account-wide access, go to your main 'Settings' > 'Account Access Tokens'. From these pages, you can view existing tokens or create new ones. Note that for security reasons, once a token is created and the page is closed, you cannot view the full token again, so ensure you store it securely upon creation.
2. Add them to .dlt/secrets.toml

How do I load only new Rollbar records?
Rollbar exposes id on api/1/instances, so dlt can request only the records that changed since the last run. Set it as the cursor_path and dlt tracks the high-water mark for you between runs.
