How do I authenticate with the Printnode API?

Authentication uses HTTP Basic Auth. You provide the API key as the username and leave the password blank; for example, the header is 'Authorization: Basic <base64_encoded_key_with_trailing_colon>'.

1. Get your credentials

  1. Sign in to your account at https://app.printnode.com/app/login. 2. Navigate to the API Keys section within your account dashboard. 3. Enter your account password to verify your identity. 4. Provide a descriptive name for your new API key and click 'Create'. 5. Copy the generated API key immediately, as it may not be displayed again.

How do I load only new Printnode records?

Printnode exposes after on computers, so dlt can request only the records that changed since the last run. Set it as the cursor_path and dlt tracks the high-water mark for you between runs.
