How do I authenticate with the Dropbox API?
Dropbox uses OAuth 2.0 where authorized requests require an 'Authorization' header with the value 'Bearer <access_token>'. For app-based authentication, the app key and secret can be provided via HTTP Basic Authentication in the 'Authorization' header.
1. Get your credentials
- Navigate to the Dropbox App Console (https://www.dropbox.com/developers/apps). 2. Click 'Create app' and select 'Scoped access'. 3. Choose the desired access type (e.g., 'Full Dropbox'). 4. Give your app a name and click 'Create app'. 5. In the app settings, navigate to the 'Permissions' tab, select the required read/write permissions, and save. 6. Return to the 'Settings' tab, scroll down to the 'OAuth 2' section, and under 'Generated access token', click 'Generate' to obtain your access token. Ensure you select 'No expiration' for long-lived integration needs.

How do I load only new Dropbox records?
Dropbox exposes cursor on 2/files/list_folder, so dlt can request only the records that changed since the last run. Set it as the cursor_path and dlt tracks the high-water mark for you between runs.
